Neil has extensive experience across a wide range and scale of projects. Prior to joining BGS in 2010, Neil was Project Director and then Associate Partner at Hopkins Architects, London, in charge of the Henrietta Barnet and South Hampstead High School projects in Hampstead, and the £90m Newton & Arkwright regeneration project for Nottingham Trent University (NTU). Neil has also worked on the £125m New Parliamentary Building (Portcullis House) and Westminster Underground Station plus the successful competition entry for the Jubilee Campus at Nottingham University.
Since joining BGS, Neil has worked on a range of projects mainly in the higher education sector. Of particular note is his key role working on the replacement of the iconic translucent glass roof and walls of the grade II* Stirling & Gowan designed Engineering Building for Leicester University. Neil is currently involved in the complete refurbishment of the 1962 HKPA designed Summertown House post graduate accommodation block for Oxford University and the new Post-graduate Business Centre for the University of Warwick.
